We can easily get caught up in working seven days a week and forget that we live and work in a beautiful area to which we owe our thriving business. Putting something back into the community allows us to switch off from work, get out and meet people on a social level and generally have fun!

Sponsorships
Over the years we have sponsored many local events including the Ilkley Grammar School Cricket tour of the Caribbean in 2006. Bill, William & Jonathan have all been active members of The Round Table; indeed all three have been Chairman and President at various times. Other events include an annual 4-day sponsored walk for charity and various charity Balls where Bill is renowned for his auctioning skills.
William Eddison is currently chairman of the Upsatgers Theatre Group and sits on The Friends of Kings Hall Committee. Bill runs the Olicanian CC Centurions under 15's Cricket team and Gary Shankland is heavily involved in the Burley Trojan junior’s football squad.
Over the years Dale Eddison have been keen to support all our local schools including a successful ‘Moving House’ book competition as well as taking many pupils each year for work experience, one of whom eventually came to work for us!!
