VIEWING ARRANGEMENTS Strictly by prior appointment with Dale Eddison's Ilkley office.

LOCATION Directions coming from Ilkley: Just after reaching the Askwith village sign on the left, turn left on a tight right bend (where the main road begins to rise) onto a tarmac single track lane; if you get as far as the public house on the right you have missed the turning. Continue on the single track lane for 1.4 miles exactly to Whin Hill Farm. The lane starts at a wooden field gate that is always open and rises steeply initially between high hedges. After approximately 3/4 mile you get to the end of the tarmac adjacent to a farm on the left; the lane is then a limestone track that passes over three cattle grids the last of which is the entrance to Whin Hill Farm.
